ATM nothing can make me smile.

I have been overwhelmed by sadness.

So I shall stare at Max and hope that my mood lifts enough for it to be possible for me to stop staring at the computer screen and safely take myself to bed.

Lets let life surprise us, lets see what happens, rather than deciding what everything means, lets just fuck meaning and get on with living, its much more fun, you've been doing it for the past 3 days and you've enjoyed it so shall we continue on our journey again.

Everything that has happened today has made me smile, I'm having one of those very lucky days where everything goes the way I wanted, or maybe I've just been very skilfull in the way I have handled everything today and learning and practicing the IPE [Interpersonal Effectiveness] skills is finally paying off.

Anyway only two more barriers lie in the way of me achieving what I wanted to achieve today.

I shall go and attempt to dismantle those barriers.

Oh, doggies!
Dogs make me smile.
I wish I could have a job that would enable me to have a dog. Leaving a dog alone at home for eight hours is not something I would ever do.
But when I see dogs out on the town I almost always get a smile on my face, and if they look friendly and their human looks nice I will ask to pet them.

Those of you who are cheered up a little bit by animals should definitely check out http://cuteoverload.com if you don't already know it. It's an utterly lovely site.
