Some great websites listed here, I must check them out. Thanks for sharing.

There is a website which I find quite good for tracking your mood swings called http://www.moodtracker.com

Its basically a private chart/journal which allows you to input your moods on certain days, and then allows you to print it for your own or your psychiatrist's reference. I found it quite helpful when charting my own moods.

Looks good - the +tracker seems good. Will trial it for a while and if any good may use this instead of PatientsLikeMe.com

Yep, you're not wrong. Have added it to my blog list on
http://mindwalking-ajournalofdiscovery.blogspot.com/

Hope you don't mind. Am thinking of amending what I'll include on that list...

Anybody else got blogs on Mental Health running? PM me and let me know. The more links there are the more help there is, the less we are all alone with it.

Best Advice:
Don't let any personal contact details or info show that can give away your location or true identity. You can always choose who you pass on your details to, and if they are sincere they should message privately and considerately. Let them approach you.

General rule of thumb is never put anything on the internet that you wouldn't be happy putting up on a neon sign. Never say anything on there that you wouldn't be happy about the most odious of people overhearing. If you are prepared for those possibilities you can stay safe. Don't be afraid to report and block anyone at all.

Hello out there,
Just been checking out iodine deficiencies as I am sure I am deficient (in iodine!) on a site called 'earthclinic.com/remedies/iodine4.html'. Deficiency has been associated with bipolar problems. Have a look, it just might be what you need.

A good site for people labeled with severe disorders. Freedom Center has done ALOT of advocacy in the states for those with schizo and BP. Of course there is always NAMI if someone didn't already post it.....

I have responded Mesem, via pm where this began. It was 2:30am in my time zone when you replied the first time and 5:30 am when you replied again the 2nd and 3rd time. This forum population is international and time zones can't be helped.

I cannot be awake for nothing looks to me as it did before, Or else I am awake for the first time, and all before has been a mean sleep.

Dear Mesem,

Your impatience and intolerance with my moderator on this forum will not be tolerated therefore I have deleted your post, the content of which we were dealing with via PMs. Further intolerance on your part will result in a ban. As Tobias stated he is in a different time zone and so cannot be expected to have replied sooner than he did. I have already warned caution about the use of herbal remedies. Your more recent post was vague and therefore dangerous. If you wish to remain a member of this forum I expect you to deal with me via PM from now on and not suggest to anyone that they take medicines of any kind - no one on this forum is supposed to do that. I will be copying you this message via PM.
