Hello folks, my second book is now out. It is trickling down into shops like Amazon as we speak though you can get a full copy from my publishers site, or signed from me (you cover extra postage).

V late. I've finished the book. I read it back to front. As you do. 
Anyway, there are people I recognise there. Literally. I've dropped in to say how very brave they are in sharing their stories.
I couldn't, not gutsy enough. And I really do mean that.

My book arrived yesterday!!! I read some last night and got through the second story and started the third. Very, Very good information everyone was brave enough to share. Thank you for including the facts section in the back. My son has been dysphoric as of late and now I can put a name to it.

I hope it helps, I've only had a little feedback so far (all v good).
As well as the stories there is a final factual chapter about depression and bipolar braking them down simply but with as much info I could get in. Sounds like that might be good for you.
