Yesterday drove from home near Reading to Oxford and back with ISIHAC cds playing. Bliss! And this morning I tried to remember the Uxbridge English Dictionary definitions without success. BUT out of the ether the following suddenly came to my mind. Original? Perhaps, but I was convulsed with laughter over breakfast...
Corroborate: The standard remuneration for being in a team of burglars.
Restitution: An activity in a brothel that caters for the elderly.
Masticate: To pleasure oneself using a set of dentures.

In the fullness of time I'll search for that corner of Paradise where Humph and the ISIHAC team sit tuning their harps.
