I think another forum section which could be useful would be 'Rarities and collectibles' where people could, for instance, exchange rare unreleased audio & video.

Yeah, on the whole, transcripts are good. They make video media accessible to people who may have neither the time nor the means to see the original.

With regards to topics, what about a "Stephen's Pals" [sub]forum, like the one in the Devoted to Hugh forums, where his friends Hugh Laurie, Emma Thompson, etc. can be discussed as well?
