That's so cool! Reading that wikipedia entry, I didn't know they always used to have the summer and winter olympics in the same year. Huh. Learn something new everyday. In other news, if you watch the opening ceremonies at all, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for a small blonde wearing a bright green outfit! (one of my best friends) |

Good job Team Canada! Went downtown to see the torch yesterday in the POURING rain!
Apart from being soggy, extremely busy and cold, it was really cool! I can't believe I went to the Olympics. GO Canada GO! |

I am excited for you, and I have been reading your posts, even if I haven't responded (sorry). I went to the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, and it was a fantastic experience. |

Oh Stephen.... Such concentration. That is the face of a champion! If he ever needs a partner for pairs, I would volunteer if it meant sawing my arm in half! I'm glad you appreciate my photos. I mean, even if you didn't I'd still probably put them up because I like putting up photos and talking about them. If there was an Olympic event for putting up photos and talking about them I'd probably win bronze or silver. Why not gold you ask? Well, those Antique Roadshowers like to talk pictures. Tough competition. Here are my "pictures of the day". Canadian Curling Team (the girl on the left is 4 and a half months pregnant).
Me with a 1 million dollar coin. Check out the girl on the right! That's the face of greed right there son! Believe me we all looked like that. This was in an olympic venue in the city.
Check it out! A real gold medal! Waited in a 2 and a half hour line to get my Michael Jackson-like gloved hand on it....
Now I have to go to bed. I'm tired, a little drunwoozy (if you can't tell) and I have to get up at 6am to catch Stephen Colbert at science world. Audios. I drank water. Should be fine. |

You're right. The winter olympics should be all about you and your bathroom. The problem is, or maybe it's not a problem for you, is that Apollo Anton Ono might be the only athlete who will fit in it. Really? Wow. |
